Kramer Consulting, LLC is a professional engineering and surveying firm that provides technical services for projects which include engineering, surveying, planning, land development, design and construction services.
Our staff has worked extensively with funding projects using Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), United States Department of Agriculture - Rural Development (USDA RD) Loans and Grants, Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) Loans and Principal Loan Forgiveness, as well as Municipal Bonds.
